Hi Experts,

    Please can anyone explain in detail how to schedule and change Availability Times in Communication Channels under Java Stack?

    Also do developers have access to see and change Availability Time? Appreciate your reply. Thanks in advance.

Yes developers can have access for this. Need to have access Runtime workbench.  Please look at this thread for scheduling the time for the cc to start.... Please search scn for this topic.

Hi Rupa,

To change the timings in Availability time planning

--->RWB (Component Monitoring)

---->(At the top)Availability time planning  select the option to set the time or change

----->Please select the channel for which you want to schedule according to requirement ().

----->schedule the channel daily , once ,monthly accordingly.

------>if you want to exclude any thing you can do from the exclude scheduling .
