Custom INIT screen in MDG 6.1 not reflecting

Hello SAP Experts,

We have created a custom INIT screen from BS_MAT_INIT_03 to Z##BS_MAT_INIT_03.

This is done for only create material - mat01

Modified the

1. Link Log. Actions with UI Application and Bus. Activity: Custom Definition(1 entry for mat1)

2. Link Logical Actions with Business Activity: Custom Definition(1 entry for mat1)

The entries in the UI application is contradicting the already existing customization for OVP is what i suspect.

The init screen is not reflecting in the business activity, but OVP for second screen reflects.

Any hints/suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Hello All,

After adding the WDA at the custom PFCG role, we also need to maintain the entry which will specify that , when i access my custom INIT page, the next page on 'continue' button on the INIT page should go to my custom OVP page.

Also, when you do a role upload of the custom PFCG role in portal, make sure the property 'invisible in navigation area' for the 'material processing' folder is 'NO'.

So the entry which i added in 'link logical action...cutom ...'  is ..

For create BO, the current UI configuration is my custom INIT and my target UI will be the custom OVP again.

Hello,

Look into the role SAP_MDGM_MENU_03.

Application config. needs to be changed to your new Z init config.

Thank you for your suggestions.

I have added the Z application config into the custom role Z# SAP_MDGM_MENU_03.

but if i upload this custom role into portal & test, the UI does not come up.

is it related to link logical actions at process modelling ?
