Custom INIT screen in MDG 6.1 not reflecting

Hello SAP Experts,

We have created a custom INIT screen from BS_MAT_INIT_03 to Z##BS_MAT_INIT_03.

This is done for only create material - mat01

Modified the

1. Link Log. Actions with UI Application and Bus. Activity: Custom Definition(1 entry for mat1)

2. Link Logical Actions with Business Activity: Custom Definition(1 entry for mat1)

The entries in the UI application is contradicting the already existing customization for OVP is what i suspect.

The init screen is not reflecting in the business activity, but OVP for second screen reflects.

Any hints/suggestions will be highly appreciated.
