Adobe Web Capture

Hi,

I'm having a problem using Adobe Web Capture to convert Portal screens to PDF format as it only captures certain parts of the screen and the layout of the screens gets mixed up.

Any idea on how i can get a perfect screen capture using Adobe Web Capture?

Hi Raj,

I use regular print screen and it works fine.

The problem might be that portal takes away certain parts of the display if you try to print it, it could be similar with Adobe Web Capture?
