NO_MAPPING_PROGRAM_FOUND

Hello guys,
I have a problem in returning a message.

This error occurs NO_MAPPINGPROGRAM_FOUND.

I already ran the CPACacheRefresh, and also did restart the application. And the error continued.

I've been checking and found a difference between the ESR and the SLD, the GUID of the Software Component.

I found a KBA (1885050) that showed how to manually change the GUID in the SLD. Perform the procedure and still the error continued.

Anyone have any idea what might be happening?
Any suggestions?

Thank you!

Hello,

Sometimes this error is caused due to empty response returned from the receiver side for which PI system cannot find a suitable mapping program for an empty payload...So i would suggest you to check the response returned.

In case response is coming from SAP then u can check ST22 for the error logs

The response comes from a WebServer, and appears like an Autentication Error.

But the mapping error should happen anyway?

Ideally yes, but what i have noticed is PI cannot find a suitable response mapping program in case of (completely) blank response.

But since in ur case (as stated by u) ur WS is returning some response then u can try to refresh CPA cache.

Amit,

I check the response and the error was there.

The partner unlock the account and I tried the connection again, and works!

The MAPPING PROGRAM NOT FOUND occured becouse I didn´t create a fault message, and my response message don´t understand an AUTENTICATION ERROR message.

Thanks for everyone!
