Incoming Payment Layout

Hi Experts,

When we try to print the incoming payment for accounts, where the document is not printing any details but the document is printing correctly for incoming payments from customers.

We are using standard SAP Business One Crystal layout.

Suggestion please to solve this issue.

Hi Sudhir,

If you use default crystal report PLD it wont print for Account and On-account Incoming payment.

You have to use separate PLD or you have to modify the system PLD.

My suggestion is create separate PLD , whenever need ask the user to click Alt + F + E and choose the layout to print.

it seems that the layout is working fine for outgoing payment to print Account and On Account.

Is there any reason? its not printing for incoming payment.

Hi Gordan,

The customer is running with 8.82 PL09, but we also checked on latest V9.

It seems in V9 also the incoming payment crystal layout is not pulling the details to display the account type incoming payment.

Hi Sudhir,

Incoming payments for accounts are usually much less than for customer. Try to use PLD instead when print such payment.

Check the PLDs.

Are they system PLDs ?

Are there separate PLDs for service and account type receipts ?
