Executing Dunning Run

While executing dunning run; it shows list contains no data. What could be the reasons? (invoice is due and grace period exceeded, d.level was also maintained) Pls help me....,

Hey Julie , sorry but i need help in the same matter.. i m running the dunning run facing the same problem as Sagar faced.. but i have assigned the dunning procedure to the customer also and done all config. according to steps given.... but still it shows no data read and no dunning is printed

You have to check whether you have assigned dunning procedure against this customer or not. if it is assigned already, May be you have already processed a dunning run recently , and forgot to print the dunning run , you have to identify the dunning run and date and delete the dunning run and rerun with the same date and identification.
