Hello,
first sorry for my bad english, i give my best to eplain my problem.
I create forms by SAP interactive Forms by Adobe. The Form for Invoices are printed externally. We are using the Font OfficinalSansITCPro Book and the Bold Version OfficinalSansITCPro Bold.
If I open the PDF local on my PC or the Spool in SAP, the Fonts are correct.
If the external Provider open the PDF, then the Bold Font was replaced by i think Arial.
The Fonts (.ttf) are installed in SAP via SE73, also the Fonts are in the correct Folder on the Adobe Document Server (as .otf).
I take a look at the acrobat6.xdc (via Report RSPO0022) if there is an option like "font embedded true or false" and it is embedded.
In the Characteristics of the Form i couldn't check the Option "Embed Font" under the Saving Options. I don't know why. Maybe this is the solution?
Best Regards
Nena
Hi Nena,
Please embed your font to PDF file.
You can check embed fonts to PDF, if you use a right click on PDF, then select Document Properties... -> Fonts.
To embed font to PDF please follow SAP Note:
