web intelligence rich client was working very well but suddenly when I try to lunch the program it shows me this error message" sap businessobjects enterprise has stopped working "  and I don't know why and what to do!!

Hi Ash,

It might be the case that the LSI file used by this web intelligence rich client got corrupted. Try the steps below:

• Close the Web Intelligence Rich Client Tool
• Move the LSI file contained in "%USERPROFILE%\My Documents\My Business Objects Documents\LocData" to another folder (for backup)
• Start the application and log in.

I cut it and paste it in another folder in the mydocument directory and then run it but it shows the same thing!

Can you check if your BI Server is working? Also check if you are able to connect using launch pad.

the servers are running and i check the launch pad it's work !

Can you check in some other machine and other user in your machine, it will remove possibility if this is machine, ID or system related problem.

Hi,

log on to the CMC as Administrator and check if all Services are started and enabled. If all Servers are started but disabled, check if your License Key has expired.

tow or three of servers are failed to start but I don't think that it have something with the app crash

yes I could before uninstalling dashboard design app after that the server of intelligence agent stopped and not worked again !!

what I did is uninstall the app from control panel because the problem appeared after I install it
