Issue with Standard SAP CRM Service Manager application

Hi Team,

This issue is with regards to the standard SAP CRM Service Manager application.

We have installed the standard Service Manager Application and the Addon for vehicle component. The application is properly configured with the SAP backend and displayed on the Agentry Client.

However we are facing one issue. The complex table “ctStockCategory” is not fetching the data and hence the complex table is blank.

The details are –

Complex Table unable to fetch the data : ctStockCategory

Bapi Wrapper throwing error : /SYCLO/MM_CTMATERIALSTOCK_GET

While debugging we got the error logs which says – “No Plant / SLOC associated with the service org”. PFA

Also in the User Info Data Table the value for "Service group name" and "Service group code" is swapped. PFA

Please note that we have not yet made any enhancement from Agentry side to the standard application. Thus we assume there is something which we have missed from the SAP backend.

Please suggest and guide what could be the possible issue and how can we solve this.

Hi Neha,

You need to assign each user to a Service Org. Make sure your Org is set up correctly as a service Org and assigned as a Service Team only.

The Plant Storage Location mapping needs to be set up in customizing. The data ends up in OFIC_PLANT_SRV
