Hi,
When i try open Adobe Document Services (ADS) was generated message error(ADS: SOAP Runtime Exception: CSoapExceptionTransport :(100101),
In SA38 FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE test but don´t have success: (SYSTEM ERROR: Erro framework SOAP: SOAP Runtime Exception: CSoapExceptionFault : SOAP fault found in SOAP document /User PISUPER does not have access to method rpData./<ns1:com.sap.engine.services.ejb.exceptions.BaseEJBException xmlns:ns1="User" _mce_href="http://sap-j2ee-engine/client-runtime-error">User">http://sap-j2ee-engine/client-ru... PISUPER does not have access to method rpData.</ns1:com.sap.engine.services.ejb.exceptions.BaseEJBException>(100.102).
I checked the RFC ADS and ok, the password too, adsuser and ads_agent

Hi Renato,
As you mentioned, you have checked the adsuser and ads_agent password, just double check the required and roles SAP_BC_FP_ICF and SAP_BC_FPADS_ICF and user comparison in PFCG for these roles.

Check where the PISUSER is used in ADS connection on ABAP stack and FP_ICF_DATA<SID> on the Java stack
