ADS - Digital Signature

Hi,

I have configured ECC 6.0 to use CRM dual stack ADS. SLL for ADS-Interactive Forms and RFC ADS_HTTPS is working fine for all test reports. Uploaded the credentials in Visual Admin with Alias ReaderRights. Now while testing a report FP_PDF_TEST_07, I am getting below error.

ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: Error while retrieving a password for credential: KRAJAN(201,501).

For using Digital signature, I need to upload a file as ServerSignature Alias name in VisualAdmin? Where/How do I get this file. I created an OSS message and they are not helping. Please help ASAP.

Hello,

You need to install the private key of the certificate into the ADS server / similar as the ReaderRights credential is installed / and you have to provide the name of the Alias in the ADS you would

like to sign the document with in the key field.

Hi David,

Thank you for responding. Please let me know how do I get the private key. I got the ReaderRights credential from SAP. Also, just clarifying, if I have to sign by my ID...KRAJAN, then the Alias name should be KRAJAN? What would be the password? Please help.
