Hello All,

I am having issue after DB2 Patch upgrade on SCM 7.01

SAP_BASIS 7.01

Kernel 7.20

Patch 414

DB2 V 9.7

Upgrade from FP3 to FP8.

after FP8 upgrade, i am able to start Database. able to start SAP. R3trans -d/R3trans -x works fine.

all the jobs are running fine. but the issue starts when i go to any of DB transaction code. DB02/ST04/DB12/DB13.

as soon as i enter these t-code, i get following error pop-up.

in DB02/ST04 (any DB t-code)

SQL Errorcode      444-

SELECT PARTITION_NUMBER, HOST_NAME, PORT_NUMBER,

SWITCH_NAME FROM TABLE(DB_PARTITIONS()) AS P

in SM21:

Database error -444 at FET

> SQL0444N Routine "*RTITIONS" (specific name "DB_PARTITIONS"

Check the system registration.

while i do the testing of connection/DB connection it works fine. but i dont see anything on the left column.

Hello,

It looks like after fix pack installation soft links are missing in db2/db2<sid>/sqllib/function directory. Could you please check it? If this is true, please run db2iupdt script again.
