Close Firm P requisitions

Hi

We are trying to close some of the old firmed purchase requisition which is open from 2011.  The requisition was generated from sales order , but never converted into PO. The goods for the sales order have been issued and the billing doc has been completed. But when we try to close the req via the sales order, we get the error message " Item 000*** has already been billed, quantity 0 is not permitted" and warning message "Delivery of 3 EA has already been made for item 000***". This requisition comes up in our MD04 report as red light and firmed reqn (as shown in attachment 1).

How can we close these requisitions?
