EnvironmentShell shows Offline in BPCWEB though it is online

Hi,

We just installed the SAP BPC 10 NW, when we try to access the system in BPCWEB it says "EnvironmentShell Offline" though it is Online when we check from the Manage environment.

Any idea please help.
