Better check their business process flow then review your SAP functionality. Any special cases after your industry/business process analysis you may ask experts opinion. Make your first move and sure you can have other's opinion.

Based on process flow, you can customize through,

1. User defined fieds & User defined tables

2. Formatted search queries.

The necessary how to guides can be downloaded from SAP Business one customer portal. To access you need S-user ID and password.
