cardinalities for joins between tables in universe

Hi Gurus,

In universe design tool, while defining joins bet tables what happens if we dont define cardinalities for joins. What is the use of defining cardinalities.

Hi Mahendra,

Nothing happens but,  detect context will not work properly and it will be hard in case you want to find traps and  defining cardinalities helps you find N-N join and eliminate them  which will be a performance bottle neck.

Hi,

you need join cardinality in order to successfully detect constructs like contexts successfully.
