Cannot start IPC service - desperately for help !!!

Hello Gurus,

After IPC server 4.0 SP8 successful installation on WAS 640, neither of three IPC services could be started, all the possible problems described in relataive notes 659635/690065 etc. are fixed before SP8, and I also succeeded applying note 842950, however the service still cannot be started:-(

The error message is "Could not start the SAP IPC XXX service on local computer. The service did not return an error. This could be an internal Windows error or an internal service error"

Is anybody can give me an idea how to proceed?
