Any one share your experience oracle upgrade 10.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3.
Step by step..where we need to start in SAP Server.
for pre-requisite, upgrade and post upgrade activities.
Known issues etc...
Please dont say read upgrade guide from service markplace.

I have listed some basic steps to be followed. Still you need to go through the upgrade guide for sure.
This is just a overall idea about the upgrade plan.
Basic steps:
1) Check H/W and S/W requirement
2) download the oracle11g media
3) install oracle 11g sofware
4) patch to latest SBP/ opatch
5) upgrade oracle instance client to 11g
6) run pre-upgrade script
7) perform upgrade
😎 system verification and post upgrade steps.

As there is no indication about the OS I cannot give you the exact details.
Most of the steps are present in the Oracle upgrade guide from SAP.
There are pre-requisites for 11G installation.
Make sure the OS supports 11G installation.
There are hardware and software requirements like patches, libraries pre-installed.
Installation of the Oracle 11G is an online activity.
You install Oracle 11G on a new file system named as /oracle/SID/11203
There are pre-upgrade steps - Refer to the upgrade guide.

Make sure you set the environmental variables properly once you finish the DB upgrade.
I have faced issue while trying to start the SAP application.
