SAP B1 9.0 Stock transfer Crystal Layout with Bin Location info

Dear Experts,

Can you please suggest how to create a Stock transfer CR layout, inculiding the bin locations info?

I have found WTR19 table, but it is empty.

I have stock transfers yet it is still empty.

Is it a bug?

I am on PL06.
