Hi Gurus,
I never worked on sap crm marketing. I just want to know that how we can capture the response of survey, personalized mail form and campaign.
where can we see that which BP response and how long he/she go through the survey and all
And what is the reports link with SAP CRM Marketing.

Hi Dinesh,
In survey we have PAI and PBO associated with it . You can see the same in CRM_SURVEY_SUITE transaction code. Here the response get captured and stored in the tables . In general an activity is being created when some person responds to a survey and the data gets saved in sap crm.
There is a MIG guid which is embedded in the survey URL and its different for each BP. its responsible to differentiate between the BPs..

My clients want to run sms campaign. Is it mandatory to integrate third part tool with crm to run sms campaign?

1. In which table the responses store
2. Can i check that which BP answer and which bp did not? How can i check that?
