Hi pros,
Is it possible to forbide duplicate customer creation in C4C?
There is a duplicate check in C4C, but even if the duplicate is found user stil can create a new record.

I believe you want to enforce the system to NOT Allow creation of a Customer if a duplicate exists - Correct?
C4C standard as you know already has duplication checks and prompts user before creation if a duplicate exists. If you want the system to NOT allow creation if a duplicate exist, then you may want to check with your SDK developer if he can build a logic to not to Allow SAVE if a duplciate exists - may require Custom Development/Enhancement on C4C using SDK.
