IPO is not active

Dear SAP Gurus

I am setting up SBO for iphone/ipad use with the Integration for SBO Version 9 PL:05.

I am using the Integration Framework administration console to Test the iphone/ipad connection:

I am following this Menu Path: Tools --> Troubleshooting ---. B1 Mobile.

During the Test I get the following error: "IPO is not active"

When I click on the Help button I get the error shown in the image above.

Any ideas?
