u can use 2lis_11_vahdr for sales order header ds. regarding enhancement u can refer to the link provied by anil. it depdns on what fields u r looking for to add to the ds. For eg, if u goto tcode LBWE and click on maintenance for this 2lis_11_vahdr ds u will see which are the tables and which r the fields that constitute to this ds. if u find ur field that u want to add at the right hand column then u can just drag it to the left but the field u want is not available then u need to write an user exit to fill data to the appended fields.
