Hi All,
Need your assistance in finding the authorization keys for end user, tried some threads but unable to find any relevant from SD point. Tried using SAP_SD* to know the authorization but unable to do so. Your views please.
Regards
P. Kapatral.
Hi,
Go to transaction SE93. Follow the menu path Utilities -> Find (Ctrl+F). In the field Application Component select the module you want to search and execute. You will get all the transaction related to that module.
You can specify multiple modules at once as well as search in sub-modules. To do that, click on the + sign adjacent to the module name in the pop-up for Application Component.
for Ex. if you need all tcodes for SD then put SD* in Application Component and it will give you all tcodes related to SD module.
now once you have Tcode List you can go thru AGR_Tcodes Table and search Roles associated to these tcodes.

Hi Pramod,
Authorizations are generally assigned to your LogonID by S&A (Security and Authorizations) Team or the Administrator.
They can create various Authorization Classes, Objects and Roles and then assign those roles to yor ID.
They use Tcode SU53 to do the same.
You can also view the Roles assigned to you in tcode SU01D and then going into Roles Tab.
From there you can see when and what role has been assigned to you.
For instance, refer the below screenshot:
The highlighted role gave me the access to tcode SM36 on 15th August 2013.
Let us know if it was helpful

Hi Pramod,
You can find the role assignment for particular users through table AGR_USERS.
Also you can see all the tcodes for a role.
To find all tcodes for role along with the tcode that are present in the tcd field..goto se16 enter AGR_1251 and click on table contents button,
enter the role name in agr_name field and enter tcd in FIELD field
Then click on execute button or press F8 to execute and you will see the list of tcodes for that role.
But there is no option or tcode for checking the authorization roles for all modules.\

Dear Pramod Kapatral,
Good Day. Apart from the suggestions you've got from other valuable members would like to add more. Execute SUIM, Select Roles --> Roles by Complex Selection Criteria now in Role field give SAP* and select F4 and you'll get the list of Standard Roles like SAP_FI*, SAP_SD*, SAP_HR* etc. You can get the same in PFCG by extending your search like for e.g; SAP_MM* and then F4, you will get standard role based on MM Transactions. Hope this helps. Thanks.
