Receipts Printing Layout


Hello Experts,

my customer has been using an A4 paper for its receipts printing for awhile now , but recently bought a B5 paper to help them print their receipts.

I customized the PLD and it prints on the B5 paper just on the first page and skips the next b5 paper and prints on the 3rd b5 paper which is causing the company a lot of financial loss.

my customer uses SAP Business one 8.82 PL7.

I later changed the design layout from A4 TO B5 but the B5 in 8.82 PL5 is B5(JIS).

with that the printing is taking all three pages just to print one receipt.

Is there anyway to change the PLD to print perfectly B5 papers and also print correctly.

Any settings and ideas will be appreciated.

Urgent help is needed..
