Email Template Configuration for CLM, needs assistance

Can anyone help me with editing of the previous template(left) to the proposed one(right).

Any link regarding the same configuration would help, too. Upon saving the changes to Setup > Message Templates, do I need to edit something like script or code?

Please advise.

I understand that you already changed the Mail Message Templates to generate the new proposed email format.

Now you have to configure this new mail message template in mail configurations. This can be done from:

Setup -> Mail Configurations

If you have not configured any custom mail configurations yet, you might only have the System
Default Mail Configuration. All you might want to do now is to duplicate this configuration and add the custom mail message template as shown below:
