IDES DDIC and SAP* users are locked


I was trying to log on for the first time using DDIC username under client 001, but first it was giving me the error "name or password is incorrect". After trying 2-3 times, now it is saying that "Password logon is not possible, too many failed attempts", What should I do now??

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
