Have you carried out all the post installation steps and solman_setup (system preparation and Basic configuration).

Go through this document, which has all steps needed to configure MOPZ.

Hi Srinivas,

When you start system preparation in solman_setup, for each and every step you will see the Help at middle of the page, kindly go through it slowly and steadily, that will clear out most of your doubts.

Apart from that, you can go through the Ramp-Up Knowledge Transfer in SMP.

SMP->knowledge exchange->Ramp-Up Knowledge Transfer->SAP solution manager->SAP solution manager 7.1->Learning map->solution manager setup and operations. You can find some PDF, videos and help documents.

Hi Srinivas,

Open the MOPZ using 2 ways,

option 1. Using  LMDB system landscape

option 2. In solman_workcenter -> Change Management -> New Maintenance Transcation ( for new MOPZ)

Prerequisite:

• User ID is maintained in AISUSER
• Configured Technical System in SMSY.

Follow the below documnet for MOPZ step.

Not required to create the solution as show in documnet , directly select the production version and start the MOPZ as show the document, remaining step are same.
