We have activated Business Function: CRM_BP_ASSIGNMENTS_CC2 in CRM 7.0 EHP2.
Accordingly it seems that with this activation, that the Complaints assignment block should be available in the Corporate account overview page in Lazy load.
When we go to tx code: BSP_WD_CMPWB and enter component: BTCOMPLAINT_ASS we can see and configure what columns we want displayed
However when we go to Component: BP_HEAD and view BP_HEAD/BPHEADOverview, we do not see any complaint component in the Lazy or Hidden views??
Any ideas? After activating the business function, is there another steps?
