MSS My Staff - Could not connect to R/3 system - Help

Hi,

The MSS BP V60.1.5 has just been installed on NW04, EP6, SP13. After activating the role and making it available to the user, selecting the "Objective Setting & Appraisal" option in My Staff results in the error message:

Could not connect to the R/3 System.

Is there a log I can look to determine additional information?

The test connection to the back-end is working.

The back-end is ECC5.0.

Please help!!!!
