WPB Instant Producer Recording issues in browser - any answers out there?

I am new to WPB and am experiencing an issue with Instant Producer v9.2 while recording EHS in a browser.

When performing multiple entries on the same page it is not acting as expected. When producing the documentation output, rather than displaying the sequential order of the entres on a single screenshot labeled 1,2,3,etc... , it displays each individual entry, on separate pages labeled as 1. Therefore, the documentation manual is much longer than necessary and less helpful to end users.

Any input appreciated.

Followup Question. Can I remove the numerical sequence numbering from the output word.doc and replace with a generic highlighted bubble?

    Hi There Dan !

Yes you can but it's not the best way... 😉

This can be done with the Producer. Yep not the instant or I did not see how yet...

So In your structure someone should have access to the producer then with Tool->Automation->Merge (either select New page or all) It will merge all these same screen shot and number the steps / sub steps.

    Enjoy !
