You need to open individual task group where ever you assigned agent and delete from there it self.
For Ex open the TG 49900001 in PFTC and go to maintain agent screen.
Then select the agent and choose the 2nd button at the top shown below
After this if you open TS 00008267, you won't find the agents any more.

Hello Pierfabio Filice !
Take a copy of the standard task TS00008267 at transaction PFTC or PFTC_COP and assign agents to the copied task.
Don't add agents to TS00008267 because it is generic task.

S.Suresh.

Hi,
Did you set Task TS00008267 as a general Task or you have assigned some users?
You can go into transaction PFTC, under additional data > Agent Assignment > Maintain.
Normally for standard decision task, the attribute is define as General Task.

Shane

Hello,
TS00008267 is the generic decision task. I'm not sure what you mean by "adding users", perhaps you did this in a workflow that has a step that calls this task - added some users as agents?
You don't normally add users to Tasks and certainly not to the SAP-standard generic decision task.
Perhaps some screenshots would help here. I don't know what you're asking.
