ChaRM Actions and Action Definitions

Fellow Members,

In the Standard ChaRM framework( for example in Urgent Change, SMHF) Action Definition SMHF_TO_BE_TESTED (Pass Urgent Change to Test) imports the Transport Request into Quality system. My understanding is, In the backend above Action Definition is triggering the Action IMPORT_TEST which does the actual importing work. Because what I notice is in the 4 system landscape (DEV, QAS, PRE, PRD) for a Urgent Change, Import into Test System has to be triggered twice fot facilitating 2 imports ( DEV->QAS and QAS -> PRE).

Suppose if I want to create a New Action (let's say Z_IMPORT_PRE= Import into Pre Prod System) and make use of this in the ChaRM Framework, how do I do this? Also where do I find the link between IMPORT_TEST Action and SMHF_TO_BE_TESTED Action Definition?

Will I be able to achieve this using below SPRO node?
