Campaign Execution with Contact Disallowed

Dear All,

Do we have any BADI to achieve below scenario ?

I have a Target Group which has BP's with Contact Status " Disallowed" but still want the system to consider them for campaign execution / send them to channel ? say i want this process to be followed for certain Campaign Type ? Has anyone encountered similar scenarios ?

Hi,

That is not possible (I guess you are referring to 'Marketing Permissions'). As a workaround i would suggest relevant data is made available in segmentation as a criteria and then controll it from here.

- Assume that the Business partner has Overall Status as DISALLOWED (Not marketing permission), we have a scenario where in Business has to send some MANDATORY Info to its customers , hence irrespective of the Contact Status / marketing permission Status , we have to use these BP's in  campaign execution.

Hi,

I don't think that it is possible to 'force' emails out for BUT000-contact = 2.

One thing that you could try was to create a TG (containing for b-c = 2) and try to send emails directly (not using campaigns). Unfortunately i don't have acess to a sandbox in order to try this out myself.

In regard to segmentation what i was referring to was create a infoset in order to acess / filter on masterdata  - but that will still not work if you are using but000-contact.

Hi Sweta,

if you need to have more specific way to define how a BP can be addressed you may use the Marketing Permissions functionality. By this it is possible that contacts are allowable for a certain contact channel and specific time range.

But basically if the status is "disallowed" there may be a legal requirement behind and the BP shall really not be contacted.
