ECC Field not displaying in ESS Portal

Hi Experts,

We are implementing ESS EHP6 where we got across one issue.

While creating IT Adrress with sub type Permanent we could able to see Region field. But the same field is not displaying in ESS portal while creating Adrress with the same subtype. please help us out in this
