Net price doubling in service PO

Dear Experts,

I am facing a problem in service PO-Account assignment K and Item catogory D. Net price in the PO is getting doubled. We are using service master and maintaining condition records in ML45 for service master with the standard condition record PRS. What ever be the price entered in service line item or price maintained in condition record this price is getting doubled in PO net price field. I am not sure where to check. Kindly provide your guidance.
