Display the Description of a Parameter item

Hi Y'all,

CR14.

Am I able to display the description associated with a static item in a parameter object? I need to display in the Page Header.

I've always danced around this, but in this instance the description is too long winded to use as the value, and the value list is a little too long to be happy with recreating all the logic in a formula, as I've resorted to in the past.

Along with that, does anyone know a source that lists handy (functions ?) like @minDate and @maxDate?
