RRI Jump to CRM Report

Hi All, I want to know how to jump target from BW Web Report to CRM Portal Report which passes filter values.

In RSBBS, i dint find any paticular option that says jump to CRM, should i have to call paticular functional module or should i have to call external url(coz I need to jump to CRM Portal Report).

Please let me know, what are the steps i need to consider before jump targeting from BW to CRM reports.
