Hi experts

We are getting a problem with some remote users (not on the network) who are able to open the EPM web interfact but when they try to load a schedule they are faced with the below.

After about a minute, a blank excel sheet appears.

I am about to Open > Server Report to see all of the reports but when I try to open a report or schedule I get the same error as above.

Has anyone got any ideas where I might be able to start looking?  We have 5 or 6 people with this problem.

All running EPM 10 SP 13.

Please see if note 1617070 helps.

Also, please provide the Server SP.
