No CEN system configured for CCMS monitoring

Hi,

we installed new SAP NW system , and configured for Java monitoring. performed the activity a/c to doc..

Configuring a Central Monitoring System (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/9d/df1241c738f423e10000000a155106/content.htm). In Java Admin URL monitoring , unable to view Central Reports.

getting error : No CEN system configured for CCMS monitoring

Please advise ASAP
