Order cannot be changed,error message V1042

When i try to change a sales document(VA02),

Order cannot be changed.the system displays error message V1042,

"The sales order 1000103323 is currently being processed by user sd012",

user sd012 was logout.

Go to SM12 and remove the locked entries and try to refresh it and check once again.
