Copy Project from Solman Production to Sanbox

I want to copy a project from Solman Production to Solman Sandbox.

Actually I need to have Business Blupring business scenarios & process steps, Project Documents also in Sanbox.

What is the best way to copy from Solman Prod to Sandbox ?

what are the steps for copying the same.
