Incorrect loads..

Hi All,

Today I seen some loads are Incorrect with RED. Those are Transactional and Master data loads.

For Some loads : (Update Mode: PSA , checked Update Subsequently in DataTargets)

In STATUS TAB

Request successfully loaded into PSA - start further update

Diagnosis

The request has data target "only PSA" and also arrived there successfully.

System Response

The request has not yet been updated in InfoObjects / InfoCubes / ODS tables

Procedure

You can now trigger the update manually. The final target is stored in the request tables. You do not have to make any further settings.

For other Loads: (Update Mode: DataTargets only)

InfoSource : ZPUR01

Data type : Transaction Data

Source system: LOGSYS100

Step-by-step will be very helpful-thanks.

In Details Tab all are Green. Total Is RED and Technical is Green with message All IDOCS processed successfully in STATUS tab.

1.) What shall I do to get data into my targets.

2.) Why these things happened? pls tell reason..

I surprised that message are showing successfully loaded,

but why it is showing RED symbols (not in detail).

Pls help me.

Hi,

If ur using the update data only to PSA then u have to go for the Start the upload immediately from the RSA1->PSA->infosource->source system->infopackage right click then go to ->start the update immediately.

checked Update Subsequently in DataTargets then no need to do this.

One more thing as suggested by Babbar do not change the QM status to green unless ur 100% confident that the all the data is arrived and there is no bad records.

Be very careful with changeing the QM Status. Do not do this unless you are very sure. In case of data being loaded from ODs to the cube, you need to check if all the data has arrived only then change the satus from red to green

If data is not getting loaded into the target, check if your IDOCs are stuck, if so push them manually. Also check the TRFc queue

Caution: Changing the qm status can often lead to bad data.

Hi,

I hope, you selected 'PSA only' in the processing tab of info package. That why it is not populating data to data target.Now you can populate the data to data target manually.

Sorry I had not observed the mentioned process type. So I hope, there is a problem with table space. DB02 you can see the available free space for each table space. Contact your basis guy.

Hi Anil,

Thanks for immd your response.

I changed QM Status from RED to Green , Then it is joined in suceess list.

I think “Update Mode: PSA , checked Update Subsequently in DataTargets” means

PSA level we got, and for getting data in Cube, Shall I press manual Button??

Please advise me.
