Solman upgrady and Empty Solution field

Hi gurus

Most likely this is smth very trivial, but since i'm not very good in sap at all, therefore i do not know in what direction to dig deeper, and hopefully smb can help me out with this.

What I'm trying to achieve is: upgrade existing solman system from default 04 stact to sps08. I succeeded with java stack, but Abap part seems to be more complicated than ABAP.

The main boiling point is that i do not see Solution in 'Enter Basic data' area. If i go with sap* used then everything is ok, non sap* user also has all roles that are needed, i mean, sap_all and sap_new. Printscreen attached

What else is needed in order to succeed with upgrade procedure.
