Distribution of hours in workforce planning

Hi friends,

I am trying to find out whether it is possible to distribute hours of an employee against an activity automatically without getting into CMP2 transaction where manual distribution is to be done. I want to avoid manual distribution and want system to distribute hours automaticall after the resource is allocated to network activity in Personnel Assignment tab in CJ20N transaction.

If this possible what are the prerequisites for the same.
