How to store documents related to HR ?

Hello Friends,

I have the following types of documents related to HR which I need to store. Presently they are scanned and stored in some drive. Need to push these documents in the ERP and attach to the respective Personal details in HCM.

I am a DMS consultant worked mostly on Doc Types and not aware much about storing static documents. DMS may not be the right solution as these documents are not dynamic in nature. These only needs to be linked with the corresponding objects in SAP.
