Hello experts

We have a use who is receiving the following error message when trying to run an Input Schedule from a BPF.

The user clicks the message and is able to work without error but he gets this message attached every time.

Any ideas?

Ian

Hi,

did you find a way to fix this issue?

I'm having the same problem.

Uninstalling EPM-Client and reinstalling didn't help so far...

Hi Dominik

I'm struggling to work out exactly how we fixed this issue.  However, the following would be worth checking:

1. Check the user is not running a 64bit version of IE (unless you have the BIG VOLUME version of EPM installed)

2. Check the correct version of IE is installed based on your service pack compatibility

3. Try deleting the EPM cache.

Let me know if none of them fix the problem and I will dig a little deeper into my archives.

Hi Ian,

thanks for your support, I've managed to fix it.

The only thing neseccary was to open it in compatibility mode and approving two add-ins...

Now it works perfectly.

regards

Dominik

Chào Chu Tuấn,

You can setup EPM again or in IE Option->Internet Options->Security->Trusted sites->Custom level->Enable Intilialaze and Script Activex control not marked as safe for scripting.
