Want to send Response !!!!!!

hello,

i have created a url in SAP, i'll b giving this url to 3rd party ( Vendor),he calls our url and pass certain parameters back.

now my issue is , on recieving those parameters i have to send him response ( Success/Failure).

how do i achieve this??

pls help !!!

hi,

when v call any API from ECC, v get the response (values) which means either success or failure.

(Respone is different from return code).

it is the value present on that particular IE page.

now, exzctly , like this if some other party ( say, our vendor) calls our SAP API, he should get the response code ( which v will send , according 2 success or failure).

how 2 send tht?

1 thing which i thought ( not tried yet)

create a web page which will contain the response(only).

publish tht page on ITS.

n snd tht page as a response 2 the vendor as soon as he fires our API.

any help will be highly appreciable!!!!
