Error when planning costs in KO12

Hello,

When I manually enter planning primary costs in KO12, I get an error message. The detailed error message is as follows.

No data found

Message no. KM000

Diagnosis

No data could be found in the database to match your selection criteria.

The data might already have been archived.

Procedure

Check your entries or choose datasource "archive".

Can anyone tell me how to solve this issue?
