Query regarding SAP Business Object Financial Consolidation

Is SAP Business Object Financial Consolidation a part of
BOBJ 4.0 or do we have to install a separate add- on for Financial
Consolidation ?

Which is the ideal BOBJ version & add on for Financial
Consolidation version (if any required ) for SAP
Business Object Financial Consolidation 7.5.
